The hint of clementine really cuts through the caramel richness without being overpowering. I made one in my Velvetiser and it came out perfectly smooth with just the right touch of salt.

The salted caramel is rich without being cloying, and the clementine adds a nice brightness. It dissolves perfectly in my Velvetiser with no gritty residue.
