Salted Caramel & Clementine Hot Chocolate Sachets

The hint of clementine really cuts through the caramel richness without being overpowering. I made one in my Velvetiser and it came out perfectly smooth with just the right touch of salt.

The clementine really cuts through the sweetness nicely, making it feel more balanced than plain hot chocolate. I just wish the citrus was a bit stronger for my taste.
