Pineapple & Yuzu Chocolate Selector

The yuzu really cuts through the sweetness — it’s bright and zesty without being too tart. I opened the box just to try one piece and ended up finishing half the selection.

The pineapple pieces are chewy and not too sweet, which lets the bright yuzu shine through nicely.

The yuzu tang really cuts through the sweetness of the pineapple, making each piece feel refreshing rather than heavy. I was surprised by how well the citrus worked with the dark chocolate.
