I've been using these with my Velvetiser and the 70% dark chocolate base is incredibly smooth, not grainy at all. The peppermint is subtle enough that it doesn't overpower the cocoa.
The peppermint in these sachets is so refreshing without being overpowering, and the 70% dark chocolate base makes it feel more grown-up than typical hot cocoa. I made one this morning using our Velvetiser, and the foam was perfectly thick.
The peppermint is genuinely Tasmanian—it cuts through the 70% dark chocolate without overwhelming it. Only minor downside is the sachet feels a bit small for my mug, so I use two.
