I've been using these with my Velvetiser and the 70% dark chocolate base is incredibly smooth, not grainy at all. The peppermint is subtle enough that it doesn't overpower the cocoa.

The peppermint is genuinely Tasmanian—it cuts through the 70% dark chocolate without overwhelming it. Only minor downside is the sachet feels a bit small for my mug, so I use two.
