Salted Caramel Velvetised Cream 500ml

The salted caramel and vodka combo is surprisingly well-balanced, not too sweet or boozy. The 500ml bottle lasted me through a couple of lazy evenings, and the creamy texture makes it dangerously easy to sip straight.

This cream is dangerously smooth, with the salted caramel chocolate and vodka blending together perfectly. Poured it over ice for a quick dessert drink and couldn't stop sipping.

Used it for a boozy dessert topping and the velvetised texture really is as smooth as promised. Only wish it were slightly less sweet to let the salt come through more.

It's a nice enough creamy liqueur, but the salted caramel flavor is more subtle than I expected from a Hotel Chocolat product. The 500ml bottle is a decent size for the price, though I probably won't rush to buy it again.
