Mandarin & Orange Iced Drinking Chocolate

The orange and mandarin notes are so bright and fresh, it tastes like a liquid creamsicle but way more sophisticated. I made it in the Velvetiser for a hot afternoon treat and it was perfectly chilled and smooth, no ice needed. Easily my new go-to for beating the heat.

I was skeptical about a *cold* chocolate drink, but this is refreshingly smooth and not overly sweet. The mandarin and orange zest gives it a bright, summery finish that works perfectly over ice in the new Velvetiser. Already ordered a second pouch.
