The dark chocolate cup holds up beautifully under the compote, and that tart cherry jam cuts right through the rich ganache. I ate one slowly just to make the layers last, and the solid cherry-white cap on top seals it all with a nice snap.
That cherry-white chocolate cap is such a clever touch, it cracks with a satisfying snap before you hit the smooth, tart jam underneath. The ganache melts right along with the 70% cup, and the whole thing balances sweet and tangy better than any chocolate I've had in a while. Already ordered another
The tart cherry compote cuts right through the dark chocolate cup, and the ganache underneath is silky enough to feel indulgent without being heavy. I ate one slowly to make it last, then immediately grabbed another.
