The cacao adds such a smooth, mellow depth to the classic gin botanicals—it’s dangerously easy to sip neat. I’ve already used it in a martini and a simple G&T, and it worked beautifully in both.

This gin’s cacao gives it a rich, almost earthy depth that makes a classic G&T feel more indulgent. The London distillation really comes through—silky smooth without losing the juniper bite. Perfect for slow sipping.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the cacao notes integrate with the juniper—smooth but still recognizably a gin. Would love just a bit more depth on the finish for a perfect five.
